TMAA LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD NOMINATION FORM

This award recognizes an alum whose life has been an exemplary one. The individual may have made significant contributions to the field of medicine, offered outstanding leadership in his/her community, exhibited an extraordinary degree of dedication and/or service to Tulane, or any combination of the above. 

This award is only available to the 50-year graduating class each year. For 2027, all nominees must be graduates of the Tulane School of Medicine Class of 1977.

Recipient must be willing and able to be in attendance at the event when the award is presented at the Class of 1977’s Golden Graduates Brunch in New Orleans on May 20, 2027.
